What kind of image can i upload?

In short, anything. You can upload people, pets, cars, even cough 'spicy' cough...

A Soulprint is not only a love interest; they can be anyone who you have a close connection with. A family member, teacher, BFF, or even a furry best friend.

Where are they made?

We proudly produce our products in our facilitiesin the USA, unlike other custom companies, we DO NOT outsource our production.

Who works on our images?

Your privacy is a priority to us! Orders will be reviewed by essential staff members only, such as our all female artists and quality control staff.

When will i get my order?

  • Processing usually takes 3-5 days. 

（Because every order is hand drawn by our female artists, please give us some time for your better experience, thank you for your support!）

  • Worldwide Shipping is 2-3 weeks

Return policy

Due to all orders being personalized, we do not accept returns or cancellations.

If you believe there is an error with your order please email our team and we'll be happy to make things right! 😊❤️

How do I submit multiple pictures?

Our website only allows 1 attachment to be submitted per item. But you have a few options:

  1. - You can create a collage of your favorite pictures and submit that, or
  2. - You can create a zip file with your images and submit that.

If you want to combine 2 of your photos into one outline (people from one, background from another, for example), just place those specific instructions on the notes of your order.

Can I see the design before it's made?

We offer an option to see your outline before your order is made for an additional cost. When outline approval is added to your order, you will receive an email from the designer you've been assigned to and will have the ability to approve your outline or make any revisions before your order is sent to be made.
